What you share
The inquiry form collects your name, email address, optional contact information, project details, and any files you choose to upload.
How the information is used
GrooveThis Fabrication, a division of GrooveThis Woodshop, uses this information to evaluate your project, prepare a response or quote, and communicate with you about your request.
Files and access
Project files are stored privately in Google Cloud. Access is limited to authorized staff and the systems needed to process the request. Uploaded files are not published in the website gallery.
Service providers
The submission system uses Google Cloud for hosting, request records, and file storage. Email notifications are sent through the business’s configured email service. Notifications do not make project files public.
Security and retention
The service applies upload limits, file checks, access restrictions, and abuse controls. These controls do not guarantee that every file is safe. Website uploads are scheduled for automatic deletion 90 days after upload. Deletion processing may take additional time, and deleted files remain recoverable for seven days before permanent removal. Files needed for ongoing work may be saved separately in our project records. Quote details are retained separately for project review and related business needs; contact us about access, corrections, or deletion.
Analytics
This version of the site does not load advertising trackers or Google Analytics. If analytics is added, this notice will be updated to describe its use.
