Starting a project
Sending an inquiry is a request for review. It is not an accepted order, a final quote, or a promise of a production slot.
Quotes and approval
Project scope, materials, pricing, payment requirements, and timing will be set out separately in a quote or project agreement. Production requires confirmation of those details.
Your drawings and files
Send files you are authorized to share and use. Identify required dimensions, units, material, quantity, and finish expectations. We may request additional preparation or clarification before accepting a job.
Customer-supplied material
Contact us before bringing material to the shop. Suitability, identification, dimensions, and safety must be reviewed before acceptance. Material handling and process-loss expectations should be agreed in the project quote.
Results and timing
Tolerances, edge conditions, finish, natural material variation, and completion timing depend on the specific project. Discuss critical requirements during quoting.
